Return Policy: All sales final due to the personalized nature of product.

Please contact us for issues with your order. ALL SALES FINAL AFTER 14 DAYS.

Custom Orders take 2-3 weeks to create and require a $25 nonrefundable deposit. 

Order processing time is 3-5 business days, you will be emailed a United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number at which point you will be able to keep track of your order. 

Orders generally ship 1-2 weeks (7 - 14 days) after purchase. Your order will ship out using the delivery choice you choose at checkout. We ship via USPS.

Orders must be picked up or provided with paid shipping within 3 weeks otherwise all funds will be forfeited and item will be resold

All appointment must be scheduled through square appointments which requires a deposit. Deposit is required to hold your time slot and funds will be applied towards your purchase.

Please contact at least one hour before appointment to cancel or reschedule otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. If you are more than 15 mins late your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited.

Once deposit/funds are forfeited there are no returns, no refunds and no use towards future services and purchases.

After two no show, no contact occurrences you will no longer be able to schedule an appointment.
